Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction & Ownership

Welcome to Krishna Trips. This website (krishnatrips.com) is proudly owned and operated by M/S Milan Travels, a registered proprietorship firm owned by Mrs. Sunita Chawala. All bookings, cancellations, and financial transactions are managed under the legal framework of M/S Milan Travels.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed booking must submit a formal request in writing by contacting us via our official email at milantravelsharidwar@gmail.com.

To ensure complete billing transparency in compliance with advertising standards, refunds are calculated based on clear, standardized timeframes. The total refundable amount depends on the date your written request is received:

• More than 30 Days Before Departure: 70% refund of the total package cost (30% administrative fee retained by M/S Milan Travels) plus any non-refundable costs already paid to third-party suppliers (such as airlines, helicopters, or specific luxury hotels).
• 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost (50% fee retained) plus any non-refundable third-party service fees.
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure / No-Show: 100% cancellation penalty applies; no refund will be issued.

Note: Any transaction fees, administrative processing charges, or non-refundable advances paid out to third-party operators (hotels, transport, flights) will be clearly itemized and shared with the customer before processing the final refund.

3. Cancellation or Modification by M/S Milan Travels (Krishna Trips)

M/S Milan Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, government restrictions, operational hurdles, or force majeure. Recoverable amounts will be refunded after deducting non-refundable third-party commitments.

Disclaimer: M/S Milan Travels (Krishna Trips) is an independent private travel agency and holds no affiliation with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN), or any government body.
