Unused Services: No refunds shall be issued for unused services, missed departures, partial attendance, or voluntary changes made by the customer after the journey has commenced.

2. Processing Timelines & Methodology

To ensure complete billing transparency under standard merchant and advertising guidelines:

Internal Processing Time: Once a refund request is formally approved, M/S Milan Travels will initiate and process the transaction within 7 to 15 working days.
Final Settlement: The actual time taken for the funds to reflect in your original payment mode or bank account typically ranges from 15 to 30 days, depending entirely on gateway providers and your financial institution.
Payment Mode: Approved refunds will be credited back via the same payment route used during booking initiation unless specified otherwise by our billing team.

3. Force Majeure & Exceptional Situations

In compliance with travel industry standards, M/S Milan Travels cannot issue refunds for booking disruptions or cancellations caused by uncontrollable external events (Force Majeure). This includes:

Natural disasters, landslides, or severe cloudbursts

Political disturbances, strikes, or regional lockdowns
